It is not possible to convert grams to cup measures without knowing what is being measured. For instance one cup of butter or lard would weigh about 250 grams but one cup of plain flour only weighs about 150 grams, so 250 grams of flour would be about 1 and 2/3 cups.

grams is a measure of mass, cups is a measure of volume, you would need to know the density of the material to answer this question. for water, 250 gms is approx 1 cup + 2 tsps
