Usually not, especially if its from a fast food restaurant such as McDonald's or Burger King.
The average cheesburger from McDonald's with onion, mustard, ketchup, and pickles, is 35% total fat. And that burger is pretty small.
However, it is OK to burger meals once in a while. It will only take an hour off your life, *unless you exercise.
Salad, water, green beans, vegi burger.
there is no burger king in nicaragua
This debate of healthy vs. unhealthy depends upon the type of meat used in the burger. If the burger is a lean turkey burger the meal will be healthier than a fatter cut. Same goes to beef with lean cuts. Also, the toppings can add unhealthy calories. When choosing a bun, one should choose a multitude of whole grains in place of a white, sesame seed bun.
My favourite meal is the Supermac Burger with cheese
The burger! With all that meat and fat it will flat your belly in no time!
nothing.
It is a meal with which butter has been administered to a burger in some way only decided by the person who orders it.

you can get it in burger king but it is the biggest one they do
They are 5.99 as a meal!
On the house.
Unfortunately, it is bad. Spaghetti O's aren't very nutritionally healthy since they contain high amounts of sodium and sugar. Therefore, they themselves should be eaten in moderation. However, occasionally it wouldn't do harm to the body. Nonetheless, you chose to eat not only the spagetti o's but you also had a little meal at burger king and just because it's "little" does not mean that it does nothing bad to your body. You never specified what the burger king meal was but its pretty safe to assume it wasn't particularly healthy because even the salads at fast food restaurants tend to be high in calories and fat. Furthermore, you ate 3 pieces of bread. This means that you must have had about an estimated 170+270+70x3=650 calories. And that under the assumption that the bread was whole wheat and that your meal from burger king was only 270 (which in all honestly, is not very likely). You're meal could have been much better had it contained less bad carbs and more healthy things such as vegetables, salad, and fruit.
