No.

This is a strange question, to be honest.. I can think of two ways a rumor like this might have started:

1) Coca Cola used to contain cocaine, before cocaine was made illegal.

2) Coca Cola contains a small amount of phosphoric acid, and phosphorous is used to manufacture Meth. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to separate out the phosphoric acid and convert it to elemental phosphorous.

I hear that phosphorous is extracted from the striking pads of matchbooks by meth cooks, and since this would be much simpler, there isn't any reason to use something like Coca Cola.

Actually yes.

Coca-Colla did in fact used to have a trace amount of cocaine in one of its ingredients before it was illegal. How much did they use? It is hard to say. However, back in the early 1900's it was verycommon the use of cocaine in products - as of matter of fact - it was easily accesible and doctors would recommed to patients (especially with tooth pain - ironic huh). Anywho, in was made illegal in 1920's i believe - and coca-colla scientists removed as part of its ingredient. Although they weren't cocain-free until the 1929.

Many suggest it was a trade mark to their name - Coca-Cola or as commonly referred as "coke".
