anti-caking agents are not know to be bad to you unless you inhale the actual powder because it will collect into your lungs and cause damage to the tissues.

Anti caking agent is a man made product. It's not the worst preservative you can consume.. regardless it's still not suppose to be in your body like any other preservative.
