It depends on milliliters of what. 300 ml of popcorn and 300 ml of molasses are going to weigh different amounts.
People - learn the metric system. Milliliters are a measure of VOLUME. Ounces are a measure of WEIGHT.
Unless you mean fluid ounces which are a measure of volume as well. If that's the case, use the term "fluid ounces" (not "ounces"). As in "8 fluid ounces of water / milk" (which equals one cup - a measure of VOLUME).
300 ml of water equals approximately 10 fluid ounces.
