It does respawn in some of the shops.
If you are talking aobut the machine in the player home; then no. You must put Nuka Cola in the machine and it will turn it into Ice Cold Nuka Cola. This does not work with Nuka Cola Quantum; and the Ice Cold Nuka Cola cannot be used in place of Nuka Cola in Crafting Recipies or the Quantum Chemist perk (which gives you 1 Nuka Cola Quantum for every 10 regular Nuka Colas in your inventory). If you mean a different machine; then yes, I think they do regen after a while.
MA, as it has lots of red hot gore (and lots of ice cold nuka cola quantum...mmm)
In Fallout 3, you can become addicted to: -Buffout -Jet -Ultrajet -Regular Mentats -Beer -Vodka -Wine -Psycho -Med-X -Scotch -Whiskey -Ant Nectar -Nuka Cola Quantum
Because there is no vault soda. If you are reffering toNuka Cola, you canfindsome inNuka Colamachines, and they also randomly spawn in containers and can be found scattered aroundpretty much everywhere; the same applies forSunset Sarsaparilla (Fallout New Vegas Only). Nuka Cola Quantum can also be found in these places; and can also be 'crafted' from 10 regular Nuka Colas with the Quantum Chemist Perk ((From The Broken Steel DLC) Fallout 3 only). Nuka Cola Victory and Quartz (also New Vegas Only) are not found in machines, and are much rarer as a result. In Fallout New Vegas, with the Honest Hearts DLC, the player cancraft homemade Nuka Cola (and Sunset Sarsaparilla) as well as Rum and Nuka.

Yes you can. There are Nuka-Cola machines everywhere. But Sunset is more popular though. Plus, Sunset has no radiation.
Nuka cola is the most commercialized soft drink that can be found through out the fallout game series (which can be played on Pc, PS3, and Xbox 360)
The use of a Coca-Cola refrigerator is to keep items cool, the same as any refrigerator. The only real difference is that the fridge is branded with Coca-Cola and thus makes it appealing to collectors of Coca-Cola items
There is a creature called the Nukalurke living within the Nuka-cola plant
