With a happy meal its free with no meal its 99 cents
With a happy meal you get a small shake but you can upgrade it to a medium or a large but it costs money to upgrade the shake.
well not alot they were free with a happy meal :/

I paid ~$3.29 for a Happy Meal at McDonald's in Minneapolis in 1993. Possibly 1994. 407 15th Ave SE was the address.
99p
depending on what area that you are in, as McDonalds are franchises the prices will vary alot of places still hold the price of a happy meal at £1.99. but in some franchises in the midlands they are £2.29 and due to the credit crunch they are liable to rise again.
The most expensive Happy Meal toys cost about $2-$3 new. However, if you are looking for vintage Happy Meal toys on Ebay or other sites, you could find that they can cost up to $30 for rare ones, and Teenie Babies given out by McDonalds can often get around $100+ a piece.
Where I live £0.89 but it is probably different in places like London! :) medium are 99p (small are like Happy meal size!)
More than a happy meal
half a finger and an iphone
McDonalds is a franchise operation, and doesn't have universal pricing--something can be a dollar menu item at one location and cost twice as much (or more) at another. Anyway, a 1995 happy meal generally didn't cost much less than they do today. it cost 5.00 today
