Well sifted flour is approximately 3 1/2 cups (US) per pound. 1 cup = 48 teaspoons.

1 pound = 453.5925 grams (or roughly 454)

so 1 pound of flour =~168 teaspoons and 1 teaspoon flour = ~2.7 grams

50 grams of flour therefore would be approximately 18.5 teaspoons. US measure.

In imperial measure it's about 19.3 teaspoons. {1 US fluid ounce = 1.04 imperial fluid ounces, and 6 teaspoons = 1 ounce in both systems}
