It depends on what you are measuring - there is no standard conversion of weight to cups. Since grams is a weight measure and cups a volume measure, they don't convert. E.g 300 grams of lead cookery weights will take up less space in a cup than, say, 300g of polystyrene packaging beads will. Hence, without knowing what substance the 300g is, it cannot be converted into cups.
