Well, honey, it really depends on the size of the garlic cloves. On average, you're looking at around 8-12 cloves to make up 4 ounces. But hey, if you've got some monster garlic cloves, you might only need 4 or 5. Just remember, garlic is like glitter - you can never have too much!
