It depends entirely upon the oil. There is no conversion factor between litres and grams, as the litre is a unit of volume (capacity) while grams are a unit of weight or mass.

For comparison, a litre of water weighs 1000 grams, or 1kg (although this varies very slightly based on temperature.)
