It depends what you're measuring - there is no general conversion of grams to tablespoons. This is because any standard conversion would be wrong - for example, 225g of meringue will fill more tablespoons than, say, 225 grams of lead cookery weights will. Hence the 225g cannot be converted into tablespoons without knowing the substance you are converting.
