Very difficult to give a proper answer to that, as you know tomatoes come in many sizes and one could fill a cup or 12 small ones could also fill a cup. -It's much easier with vegetables to deal in pounds rather than 'cups' which are highly inaccurate except for liquids.

Vconverting liters to pounds ... 1 liter = about .25 gallons liquid 1 gallon = 8 lbs there is no conversion from pounds to liters...one is a measure of weight and the other a measure of volume. However if you measure one liter of water, it would weigh 2.2 pounds
