Well, this depends on how much they eat. My family usually makes a 20lb turkey, and this year we had about 10 people... We made no ham =( but we had plenty left.... But 25 LB is good if you know they eat a LOT and if you want left overs. Ofc I know this is after the fact... But would want someone to answer all questions... Out dated or not =)
When calculating meat for a party, estimate 6 to 8 ounces per person. If you have one or more real big eaters estimate more for them. For 15 people a 7 pound ham would be plenty, more than that will be Sandwiches for later in the week.
They say to allow about 1/2 pound of meat per person. A 6 pound ham should feed 12 people and an 8 pound ham should feed about 16 people.
That will feed approximately 120 people.

A general rule of thumb is that a boneless ham will provide around 0.25 pounds of meat per person. Therefore, a 6-pound boneless ham would feed approximately 24 people.
10 to 12 people presuming you are serving other things with it.
A sixteen pound ham may feed 18-20 people
It should be enough for ten to fifteen people, at eight ounces per portion. Some people may return for a second helping so don't forget to take that into account too.
depends on how much each eats. decide on how much eat will eat, then its simple math.
From what I've researched, it seems that you should count on 2 servings per pound, so for 30 people, you will need a 15 pound ham. If you want leftovers though, you should go bigger (that is for bone-in ham).
The number of people a 20 lb. spiral cut ham would feed depends in part on whether the ham has the bone in or not. A general rule of thumb is that ham will feed about four people per pound, or three if it has the bone in.
It depends on the serving size and whether it is boneless or not. If it is without bone, a 7 pound ( 112 ounce ) ham will serve 18 6 ounce servings.
Count on 4 to 5 moderate servings per pound, depending on what else you're serving, so a 10 pound ham would feed 40 to 50 people.
