That depends what you are measuring; grams is a weight measure, teaspoons is a volume measure. They cannot be converted without knowing what substance you are converting. For example, a teaspoon of lead weights will weigh more than a teaspoon of polystyrene packaging beads will. It is not a standard conversion.
