Just kidding, it really depends on the mass and volume of the mixed vegetable, if its corn peans and carrots its usually around 3-5. If its cauliflower and brocolli its probably written in the back with the ingredients.

It depends on the vegetable. Some such as potatoes are much heavier then say eggplant which is quite light despite its size.
