Cases don't normally come in barrels, so you'd have to be a lot more specific as to what you mean. A barrel is a bulk measurement, while a case is normally a collection of individual containers. The volume of a barrel, or the number and volume of individual containers within a case, varies widely depending on what is being measured. A barrel of beer is not the same size as a barrel of oil, which is not the same size as a barrel of pickles, which is not the same size as (and so on).
