If properly packaged and stored, it might last for up to a week but you will notice flavor and quality changes. If you don't think you can use it up within a few days, try wrapping some securely in air-tight packaging and freeze it.

it depends on how you cooked it and plan to store it. but after Thanksgiving my family and i will usually eat it as leftovers for about a week or so

The turkey has already been "abused" by a freeze-thaw cycle. It is best to cook it very soon after thawing.
