More InformationAccording to the attached link from the Midwest Dairy Association, the shelf life of milk is reduced by 50% for each 5 degrees over 40°F (which works out to a few hours at room temperature). They recommend 35°F for milk storage.

As long as it becomes spoiled. On every milk can there is the words "Best Used By:" and a date. After that date it is best to stop keeping it frozen and throw it away.
