Difficult if not impossible. Start with toothpaste and use an old toothbrush (definitely not your current one!). Put a little toothpaste on the stain and gently use the brush to remove it. If this doesn't work, try using baking soda and water to make a little paste.
No stain will work on Formica. If it's an unfinished surface,then you can stain it.
