Like crap. I work at a McDonalds in NV and one employee called in sick during an inspection from the health department, the manager insisted to come to work but when he got there he was really Ill and the manager just told him to go home. Now it was waste of time and money (gas, busfare) to get from one side of town to the other for work, also it's a health violation for an employee to work around food while that person is sick but they don't care. They really don't care.
300 employees
Most employees at McDonalds make less in an hour than the cost of most value meals.
Not with that grammar.
Ensure supervisors treat employees fairly and equitably.
South Carolina's minimum wage is $7.25 ( or the federal level) McDonalds pays minimum wage to most of its employees that are starting out.
It is legal for employees of McDonalds in the US and many, but not all, other countries to seek to form a union. Whether they succeed or not depends on teh employees, the cultural and legal climate, etc.

To treat both employees and the environment with respect
It may not be fair but your boss probably does treat his son better than the other employees. It is something that happens and there may not be anything that you can do about it.
