the theory aspect takes place in the classroom while the practical aspect is carried out with having hands on experience,either in a hotel or restaurant establishment.an illustration is given by making the student theoritcally understand that when taking a guest orderfrom the left the menu is now presented from the right and this must be carried out practically.
