Yes, McDonalds recently admitted to using human fetus in their chicken nuggets. It has a lovely flavor, a bit like dried blood and fly eggs. Most fetuses are hosed down before use which is hygienic but others are just chopped up and put in the meat freezer. Grown humans are used sometimes too but it is apparently "inhumane" and "illegal" but that's rubbish.
