I emailed customer service specifically for Ronald McDonal appearances: ronaldprogram@san.rr.com
The response:
Unfortunately, due to Ronald's travel tour, we are unable to schedule birthday parties appearances. I don't know when we will be having Ronald in your city, but keep an eye out for posters and signs at your local McDonald's.
I do know that birthday parties at McDonald's are a lot of fun.
