As long as it isn't spoiled, yes. Most food expiry dates are "Sell By" dates, not "Use By" dates.

You will know that it is spoiled if it has a strange odor when you open it, or if the container appears to be pressurized.

Yes because some times the fruit rots in that jar. Also, expired fruit cups give you an upset stomach. :C

It depends how long it's been expired if it has been expiered a year or more its probably bad if its only a few days or a week or something u can i guess. I speak from expireence. I spell bad.

If the cans were properly stored in a cool, dry place, they should remain edible two to three years after their expiration dates.
