If you are just consuming a few as an incidental event, like when you eat a mandarin (or satsuma or clementine), probably not. The seeds are bitter and unpleasant, but not poisonous. I do it frequently. In large amounts, like pounds of seeds, yeah, probably they are poisonous, but presumably you are not doing that.
