The standard claim is that there are about 10 to 11 large marshmallows per cup and about 110 miniature marshmallows per cup. Instead of counting out 440 mini marshmallows, it might be easier to use the measurement on a standard bag (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows equals 6 cups.

40 regular marshmallows equals 520. I haven't measured this in cups yet....but I guess I'll have to in order to REALLY answer the question.

i large marshmallow is equal to 13 small ones to 24 large ones would equal 312 small marshmallows

32 because if you put mini marshmallows into a cup and mush them together they will be the exact same size as a large one. go ahead test it out.
