the ghost of Christmas present shows scrooge that even though the Crachits have nothing they thank god and how they thank scrooge although he doesn't give them that much then that his nephew and his nephew's wife say thanks for him even though they don't (the nephew's wife) doesn't like him at all.

The third ghost did not tell him anything. But he did show him what would have been if he never changed. For example. The ghost shows scrooge a group of people stealing his things because Scrooge was a mean old selfish miser.
