To make your sister real angry at you, there are 2 ways:

1) be the boss and annoy her even though she will have a attitude after school anyway

2) when a little sister comes home she always have an attitude (especially little sisters!) so just sit back, relax, and let mom an dad handle it then afterwards, laugh so hard that you'll cry and still be laughing (but don't get caught by the parents while laughing or it will be trouble for you too!!)

You can try, but usually they will play along. Otherwise, just keep telling her things that she hates, and bring up times she has embarrased herself, or done something stupid.
