I have the same problem... I dont know what to try as there are no indications of an O/Speed control button. Though the problem might have something to do with the steering wheel controller that was replaced to accommodate a new head unit.

on my 2002 picasso there is a key slot on the end of the dash located on the passenger side, open the door and you will see it, use your key to turn it off
If the warning lights will not turn off it could be the on and off switch. It could also be the relay switch.
You can turn off the 2009 Toyota Camry seatbelt warning light by engaging the seatbelt. You can also remove the seatbelt warning light fuse. Removing the seatbelt warning light fuse is not recommended.

open the passenger door there is a key slot there put the key in turn to the off position but don't forget to turn it back on
When the directional turn signal is left on while driving, and the van has not made the turn (to automatically shut off the turn signal), you will get a warning chime. At least, that's what happens with my 2008 T&C.
