For those who have not seen the original 24, can you describe Audrey Boudreau and why you were drawn back to her character seven years later?

I was drawn to Audrey because the writing is so good and to be able to be back with Kiefer Sutherland, and such a great cast. It was an easy decision for me to return.

What are some of your go-to products that you use every day in your beauty/health routine?

Using a moisturizer with SPF. I try to use products in my beauty routine that address my health as well so I'll start the day by applying a moisturizer with an SPF in it, brush my teeth with Colgate Total Advanced Whitening, which gives me a healthier and whiter smile.

On HealthyWomen - the nation's leading health information resource for women that educates, informs and empowers women to make smart health choices for themselves and their families. How did you first get involved with HealthyWomen and why have you continued to stay involved?

I got involved with HealthyWomen to promote National Women's Health Week with Colgate Total, which took place the week of May 11th. Taking a step back leading up to that week and thinking about ways to remind women to take care of themselves was very empowering. As a busy working mom, it's hard to find time to take care of one's self so I support any organization that promotes women taking care of themselves as well as their family.

What are some of your tips for getting ready for summer?

Exercise (running and Soul Cycle), drinking water, using sunscreen. In order to get ready for summer, I like to use a product that has multi-purposes like foundation with SPF, and Colgate Total Advanced Whitening because it addresses health and beauty - a whiter smile in one.

Who is your summer fashion icon and how are you incorporating his or her inspiration into your own wardrobe?

Diane Von Furstenberg - does a great combination of sexy and effortless. Isabel Marant because she does rock a great dress with boots.

Recently you teamed up with Colgate to encourage healthy living through simple, everyday routines. Do you have a favorite Colgate Total product?

Colgate Total Advanced whitening - because it gives me a healthier and whiter smile.

In 24, each season takes place within just 24 hours. How does this affect the dynamic of the TV show and of the set?

It's still real time, but it cuts out the "travel time" of the characters getting from one place to another, so it's a much more caffeinated version of the original 24 because it's a condensed version.

How have you grown as an actress since you were originally cast as Audrey in 24? Is there anything you wish you had known when filming the original?

I've grown a lot because I've done so many series since 24. The only thing that I know now is that I'm much more relaxed when I'm working compared to when I first started 24.

How has HealthyWomen helped you personally?

It's reminded me to take the time to stay healthy and remind my girl friends as well. And reminded me of great tips. In partnering with them, I really took a closer look at my own habits when it comes to taking care of myself and was a great reminder that as busy as we get, you have to take care of yourself.

Now that filming is slowing down for 24, how are you getting ready for summer?

Vacationing in France with my in-laws and family.
