It was a combination of things. I was excited and honored, and crazy nervous all at the same time. I realized that I was the new girl at a new school where everyone already knew each other. But the nerves quickly went away because all the girls were so warm and loving. In no time at all, I was part of the crew.

I'm so excited too! Well, Florencia "Flo" Fuentes is a foreign exchange student who comes to Barden University to continue her education. She's really smart and very sarcastic. When the other girls make a big deal out of trivial things, Flo off handedly brings up some sort of real life struggle that pokes fun at their "white girl problems." You never know what ridiculous thing she's going to say. Flo also has a very special talent that none of the other girls have. But you'll have to wait and see!
Yeah. Kind of. Working on Teen Beach Movie prior to this film was really helpful as far as choreography goes. But singing acapella and dancing was harder than I thought. Not always are you singing the lyric, and usually dance moves are choreographed to that and/or the beat. So it required a lot of focus. We basically had a month to learn all the music and the choreography so I never felt overwhelmed. Well, maybe once during the finale performance. There's some body percussion that goes on in that that had me stressed out for a second!
YEP! No doubt that you will leave the movie theater feeling happy and your stomach will hurt from laughing so hard. Not hurt like, painful hurt. Although if that does happen, please contact your doctor immediately.
Well, this time we take on the world so it's much more of an international adventure. The Bellas fall from grace and their journey to try to get back on top is full of aca-awkward and aca-awesome scenarios. Yep, I just aca-ed a bunch of words too! It's aca-addicting.
We have some new rivals in Pitch Perfect 2, Das Sound Machine, a very talented German group. The Treblemakers and the Bellas are a lot friendlier toward each other this second time around.
I loved our finale. Mostly because we got to sing some queen B, Beyonce's Run The World.
AMAZING! I can't say enough about her. I admire her so much as an actress, producer, DIRECTOR (more female directors please!), and human. I have big goals for myself and she's someone I can look up to because she's accomplished so much through handwork. As far as directing PP2, she had a clear vision but still trusted us with our characters. She let us improv and still steered the ship when we needed it. It was as if she'd been directing forever. I was most impressed with the details. The things other directors might not think to add or highlight. Banks just knows her ish. She's a boss.
I can honestly say that I had the time of my life making this film. I love this franchise so much and would love for there to be a Pitch Perfect, not just 3, but 27; where the Bellas take on The Symphony Seniors at their new retirement home.
Just simply the fans that loved the first one. It's so great that we get to make another movie for them. Teen Beach Movie fans are so amazing and supportive. And, I won't lie, it was really fun to have that big crazy beehive again.
