You're supposed to be able to pick up your tickets from the electronic kiosks at the theatre. You just need the credit card you paid with.
It's usually a touch screen. You touch the option that says, "Retrieve Pre-Paid Tickets" or "Pick Up Purchased Tickets" or whatever. Then you slide your credit card in and out, and the machine should print your tickets.

If you bought physical tickets, you can just give them as a gift. If you bought Ticketfast tickets, you can print them out and give them as a gift. (They will have your name on the printout, but that doesn't matter) If you bought tickets to a paperless show (Hannah Montana, Bruce Springsteen, etc), then there's really no way to transfer those tickets.
