BOOKS ARE BETTER!
Books give more description and better explanations. The author describes the characters more and you can learn more about the characters in books. They miss breathing-taking, exciting parts out in the film that are in the book. Also, films can take up to 5 years to make! The author describes the person's emotions much more.

So many things happen that they don't put in the movie, and there are more characters that the movie leaves out. And the book is heaps funny. When i read the books i was not able to put it down. i would rather read the book over and over than watch the movie. The movie is boring in comparison. Definately go and get the book and read it. It's one of a kind.

They had to leave some of the things out because the book was so well written and very detailed that if they put it all in then the movie would have been much longer than anyone would want to watch. I mean who would want to watch a 5 to 6 hour movie?
