Someone who loves music is most frequently called a music lover.

One could use the word aesthete or (in the U.S.) esthete to refer to someone who has--or claims to have--a refined appreciation and love of beauty in art, music, poetry, nature, etc.

Mélomane is a French word for music lover, but it is not in common usage in the U.S., at least.
