Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker were in talks mid-June 2013 to discuss "Rush Hour 4". In interviews after this- Jackie Chan said that he did not want to make "Rush Hour 4" just for the sake of making it. He wanted there to be a good script with a good story before making it. In another interview- Jackie Chan said that all the ideas that were presented for "Rush Hour 4" had been done before.
Update: The idea has now been put forward to make "Rush Hour 4" with Chris Tucker and not with Jackie Chan.

Jackie Chan has pretty much said 'no' to all ideas of Rush Hour 4. It has been suggested to make Rush Hour 4 with Chris Tucker and not with Jackie Chan.
NO! NO! NO! Chris TUCKER is in the Rush Hour movies with Jackie Chan not Chris Rock. Chris Rock is an entirely different person to Chris Tucker.
I think rush hour 4 better happened all day for this Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan better way soon because the rush-hour phone wouldn’t be funny without them
Chris Tucker's character in Rush Hour drives a black 1972 Corvette Stingray convertible.
I'm sure he is...Because if you look at the video he did with Michael Jackson, he eats with his left hand, & snaps his fingers with his left hand, while he's dancing...Also, in the movie Rush Hour, after he blows up the car he starts to dance like Michael Jackson, you will see his gun is in his left hand and he kicks his left leg up as oppose to Michael kicking his right leg..Whew!! Hope that cleared it up 4 U!!
I'm pretty sure it's in Rush Hour 3, but I don't think it "came" from there; I suspect it originated in the 1960s or 1970s in the black or counterculture communities.
Think of it this way: 76 minutes is an hour (60 minutes) plus 16 minutes. So, if you start your video at 7:30 and add an hour and 16 minutes, you get 8:30 (7:30 plus an hour) plus another 16 minutes, or 8:46.
Way less than 1. In a 2 hour movie there are only 4 gigs.
