The fans have already discussed the bizarre "injury" the makeup artists put on his chest (where Edward's shirt is torn) that appears to make his one nipple look larger than the other one. Go ahead and do a quick search for "Rob Pattinson Mipple Gate 2009" to see the fan discussion. It was pretty funny to see them get concerned, then dig up pictures showing that Rob is, in fact, quite symmetrical. And gorgeous. Why the makeup artists chose to give Edward a nipple injury I will never fathom---maybe just to make him look more vulnerable, or to hint at an altercation he might have had with Victoria, whom he attempted to track during his time away from Bella.
At any rate, Rob's nipples are perfect, and most fans agreed that they'd still willingly take him to bed even if he did have uneven nipples :)
