Bill Weasley did appear in the movies, his role was just reduced. He only appears in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and in a photograph in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

∙ 9y agoNo, Peeves is a poltergeist, an entity of chaos brought on by the strong emotions of so many magical teens and preteens living in close proximity to each other. He was never actually alive and was just born from chaos, so isn't technically a ghost, even if he resembles one.
