It's a long story but here goes, in the episode 'Krusty Gets Busted' (season 1, episode 12), Sideshow Bob frames Krusty for robbery. Bart and Lisa think this isn't right and go and investigate. Bart and Lisa present their evidence and Sideshow Bob gets sent to jail. Bart did most of the work so when Bob was freed from jail, he wanted to kill Bart Simpson because Bart locked him away.

LaoOk this is what happened. Bart's Favorite Person Krusty the Clown was framed by Bob and Lisa helped Bart figure it all out. Krusty can't Read but the framee was reading a magazine. Krusty has an heart thing and The Framee heated up a burrito at the microwave where heart pacer's are not aloud to be near . Then Homer Simpson stepped on the Framee's Foot and Yelled You big Idiot(*I think.) Bart figured it all out when Bob invited him to talk on his show and Bart put all the pieces together. He then Told all the Children That Bob Framed Krusty and Krusty was Released. Then Bob swore to kill Bart someday or another.
