A couple of reasons I can think of -
1. He / they think that there are 7 pieces of Voldemort - so that's 6 horcuxes and the one in him (which begs another question - did Pettigrew have to use a horcrux to resurrect him at the end of GOF?)
2. The movie makers made a mistake, if you have read the book then you kind of know what's going on - but at that point in the story they don't - Ron makes a big thing about DD leaving them in the dark - so they have no idea.
Anothe thing which really annoyed me about the film, when they destroy the Horcrux they have to open it first - hang on where did that come from? when they made the unsuccesful attempts to destroy it before they didn't do that!! Just palin stupid.Type your answer here...
They had to destroy seven horcruxes. Voldemort wanted to divide his soul into seven pieces; since he himself had one of the seven pieces, that would have required only six horcruxes. However, he accidentally created one more horcrux.
There is only seven of them: Diary-Harry Ring-Dumbledore Locket-Ron Cup-Hermione Diadem-Crabbe Harry-Voldermort Nagini-Neville
Voldemort made seven Horcruxes. Harry destroyed one in his second year and Dumbledore destroyed one just before his sixth year which left five Horcruxes to destroy (although he only thought there was four). In the end, every Horcrux was destroyed by different people (Harry, Dumbledore, Ron, Hermione, Crabbe, Voldemort, Neville)
Harry, Ron, and Hermione need to find the 6 (of what they know) Horcruxes and destroy them. they found and destroyed them all to defeat Voldemort.
he only has one
Search for Horcruxes.
I don't know who this 'Harmaini" person is, but if you're referring to HERMIONE, then I can help you there. Hermione ended up going out with Ron Weasley in the seventh book. She left with Harry on his trip to destroy the horcruxes, along with Ron. Hermione was the main planner of everything. She saved Harry a few times. After Ron left them, Hermione cried for a week. When Ron returned they finished destroying the horcruxes. And eventually, she married Ron, and had two children; Rose & Hugo.
Yes; during Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, both Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley help Harry to search for the remaining horcruxes. Ron leaves for a brief period of time, leaving only Hermione and Harry to search for the horcruxes, but comes back and joins them as Harry is trying to retrieve Godric Gryffindor's sword.
Harry and his friends (Ron and Hermione) set out to find the horcruxes. Snape is headmaster and Dumbledore is gone. The horcruxes have to be destroyed. But the horcruxes only take in what makes them stronger (like the sword of Godric Grindiffer). The horcroxes contain parts of Voldermets soul. There are two parts to the movie.
They only found three, if I remember correctly. Often people get the whole "Voldemort split his soul into seven pieces" thing mixed up. Although that statement is true, it doesn't mean there are seven Horcruxes. There are six Horcruxes, and the seventh piece of his soul is himself. In Deathly Hallows Part 1, Ron says they only have three left. Although so far the have only destroyed the Ring, the Locket, and Tom Riddle's Diary. -MK777 Only one hcx did they find, to be precise: the locket; and two had been already destroyed (the diary and the ring).

Yes, Ron destroyed one of Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes - killing a piece of his soul.

No. Although they found most of the Horcruxes, they only destroyed one each.In order of destruction:Tom Riddle's diary - Harry PotterThe Gaunt ring - Albus DumbledoreSalazar Slytherin's locket - Ron WeasleyHelga Hufflepuff's cup - Hermione GrangerRowena Rawenclaw's diadem - Vincent CrabbeHarry Potter - Lord VoldemortNagini - Neville Longbottom
It takes place in many places across the UK because Harry, Ron and Hermione have left Hogwarts to go in search of the Horcruxes which are objects where Voldemort has hidden parts of his soul.
No, the three were on their own, basically. Nor did they have much choice: they were on the run. And - for most of the book "Deathly Hallows" - they weren't exactly looking for Lord Voldemort, but for his Horcruxes.
