Actually the fillers only exists to create a gap between the current anime episode and the current manga chapter. Since the anime crew doesn't know what is going to happen in the manga before it is released they make up stories so they don't catch up.
Killer bee was in the manga and Sasuke captures him. The fillers start from 144 to 151.

Naruto is a anime show that debuted on TV Tokyo in Japan in 2002. The Naruto series has 220 episodes, 135 of the episodes being based on the manga and the other 85 being exclusive to the anime.
