^Honestly, this person up here is an idiot. I could've simply deleted her answer, but I figured I'd publicly humiliate her first.
The reason she went blonde was two reasons actually; one, because she wanted it to be part of her "alter ego" a.k.a. onstage persona, and two, because people were confusing her with Amy Winehouse, when Amy used to have some sobriety about her.
