Celebrities are not bad persons. They are just ordinary people who are very good at something. Some of them really try to live like they're on the bottom. And if there were no fans, celebrities wouldn't be celebrities. So, they really need fans. They also like to live an ordinary life and they need some peace sometimes. They get really annoyed when people take photos of them and chase them everyday when they go shopping or go out with their families and friends. And they also need time of their own. They need their space so, please, show some respect.
Yes celebrities can stalk fans, however, it is very rare in the history of Hollywood for celebrities to stalk their fans. Today, many tend to keep to themselves to the overbearing paparazzi that is constantly harassing celebrities on a day to day basis depending on the level of their stardom.

Just because someone has a "verified" account does not mean they are well or mentally stable. From 2015-2018 I was stalked online by technically savvy employees of a talentless, deranged, public personality.
I was asked to create fan pages for the personality and directed to their works via online streaming.
I was prevented from warning others, prevented from doing my job (which deals with sensitive/private information), unable to use a cellular, tablet, laptop, or computer without being tampered with, photographed, or recorded, unable to use public Wifi connections (library, cafes, etc.) uninhindered.
They attempted to goad me into making threats in front of my technology, downloaded images of the public personality on my machine, created bogus accounts in my name (email/social media) to paint me as a stalker. I gave them nothing to work with and went offline for 2 years.
Be safe out there friends, and if you can, remember that strangers can wreak havoc in your life through internet connected devices and accounts.
