Low ratings. It was starting to get less funny when they got into Season 4-5. Ratings started going down and not too many people was watching it after Season 3 and the ratings kept going down, so UPN cancelled it.

The show was getting too Sexually Explicit (if you know what i mean) and it was getting where every episode had a Sex scene Invovled, so Tisha Campbell (Gina) Wasn't Getting to Comfortable.
