B) Paul McCartney wanted his brother in law (George Eastman) to finance their finance; the others (John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr) wanted Alan Klein to manage the group's finances. C) Paul, George and Ringo did not like the way Yoko Ono was influencing John's music; which they found to be too avaunt guard and not rock and roll. D) They had been a group since 1962 and by 1970 wanted to go live married lives and raise their families. They wanted a break from each other. They were getting on one another nerves.
