She suied him soon after the failed soundtrack Lost Horizon ,both Hal David and Burt split their ways,....Burt didn't write any significant hits during this period, but did do singular LPS without voice,,,married Carole Bayer Sager, and started cranking out song new hits, On My Own,Theme from Arthur and later Thats What Friemds Are For, to which Dionne was included as a voice.
