When Sakura realises that she is too weak to help other people, she decides to become a medical ninja and learn medical secrets from Tsunade. She learned how to heal people and also she now has great strength in her body just like Tsunade

Yes sakura does like him, but in the beginning she is just getting surprised by how strong naruto has become and how he is training to learn new jutsu's. Later you can tell that she is starting to like him bit by bit. Even so, in the end I think that naruto will end up with hinata because they make a perfect couple, while sakura will be a loner because sasuke will probably die in the end or just reject sakura like the last million times. Naruto does use his mind, especially now that he's older he's becoming more mature as he realizes that he can't act like a child anymore due to all of his responsibilities. Not to mention he finally obtained the one thing he wanted the most and that was the respect of all the people in the Village.
