The evidence presented to the jury during the 2 murder trials was too overwhelming for Phil Spector's defense including the testimony of five women who were abused with deadly weapons (handguns and shotguns) for sex and kidnapping. Over 50 prominent people came forward and signed affidavits that Phil Spector pulled loaded guns on them including rock stars Michelle Phillips and Debbie Harry. The Los Angeles prosecuting District Attorney Alan Jackson, refered to Spector on the record as "Demonic." These facts are coupled with the independent testimony of Spector's own limo driver that Spector ran out of the house after the sound of a gun shot and shouted that " I think I killed somebody." The reason he murdered Lana Clarkson has to do more with her ignoring his demands to stay, and then committing assaults with a deadly weapon which he had done time and time again over a 40 year period. The prosecution proved all of this to the 12 person jury.
