As fas I know no Elvis never shot anyone. He did carry around a gun and the worst he evere shot was a TV. I don't think he ever thought about shooting anyone.
During Elvis' career, he never did any TV commercials.

The story goes that Elvis was watching TV one night when Goulet appeared on the screen. Elvis pulled a .357 out of his boot, and shot the TV. Whether it is true depends on who you ask. One story is that Goulet had sent Elvis a letter when Elvis was in the army stationed in Germany, stating that he had "taken good care of Anita". Anita was Elvis's girlfriend who actually lived at Graceland, and she had worked with Goulet on a television show. Elvis liked guns...and shooting TVs was something he did a couple of times according to sources close to him.
