Monkey's aren't funny to all people. But, in old time TV shows and even in TV shows now Monkey's are funny when they are put out of their natural habitat. People like to see what a Monkey would do. Some must find it amusing to watch a monkey pick bugs off another ones head for food. Some think of Monkey's as funny when they watch to make them feel better about themselves. Some may think "Ah ha! Stupid Monkey, I'm glad I'm not that stupid." Or something like that. But, People find Monkey's amusing because of they way they normally act, the way they eat, hang upside down by their feet, how they react in a different environment, and how they laugh even. It would be like Aliens (If they did exist, I'm not saying they do or don't) watching us, not knowing why we act that way and finding it funny.
